The 22nd DAA is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide rentals of tents, canopies, tables and exhibit décor including, installation and removal services for the annual San Diego County Fair, in accordance with the specifications listed herein, for the State / 22nd District Agricultural Association / Del Mar Fairgrounds. Bidders must have the capabilities and qualifications to perform all of the services described in the IFB section entitled, Scope of Work.
The 22nd DAA intends to award a single contract for this solicitation to the most responsive and responsible firm/individual offering the lowest bid. This solicitation is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements. The 22nd District Agricultural Association is accepting electronic bid submissions. Bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. Once you have completed account registration, browse back to this page, click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic bid.
