The successful proposer will support Cal ICH in setting and measuring progress toward goals to prevent and end homelessness among domestic violence survivors and their children, among unaccompanied women in California, and homeless youth. This includes developing a data collection approach and methodology to measure progress towards these goals and the provision of technical assistance and training activities to cities, counties and continuums of care to support integration of these goals into local planning processes.
