The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids from qualified vendors for chemical toilet services and handwash stations rental and service at the Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument. In addition, this contract requires both chemical toilet and handwash station rental and service for on-call district wide service. The services shall be performed at the Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument Hilltop at 750 Hearst Castle Rd., San Simeon, CA 93452 and district wide on-call across the San Luis Obispo Coast District. Bids will be accepted via mail and e-mail until November 29, 2022, at 2:00 PM at which time they will be publicly opened. Bidders who choose to submit their bids via mail shall be responsible for informing the state's contract administrator and ensuring their bids are received by the State in a timely manner by the deadline. Questions regarding this solicitation and job scope related questions shall be submitted to the DPR Bids SLO Coast District email at DPR.BidsSLOCoastDistrict@parks.ca.gov by November 18, 2022, at 2:00PM. Questions shall be addressed through an addendum attached to this solicitation advertisement.
