NO BID WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS IT IS PREPARED AND SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS FOR C23670012 ¿ ROUNDHOUSE PROJECTOR SCREEN PROJECT. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to review the solicitation in its entirety to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the performance expectations and contracting conditions. Submittal of a Bid indicates that Bidder understands, acknowledges, and accepts the performance expectations and contracting conditions contained within the contracting documentations. NO ELECTRONIC BIDS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. Formal bids shall be submitted via US Mail, Common Carrier, or In-person: Sealed envelopes shall be marked with Bidder¿s names and return address as well as ¿Contract C23670012 ¿ Roundhouse Projector Screen Project ¿ DO NOT OPEN¿. Bids shall be delivered to Fam Renfro, Contract Analyst, Department of Parks and Recreations, Capital District, 101 J Street Sacramento, CA 95814. PLEASE NOTE: Capital District Office is open Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MANDATORY JOB WALK: December 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at The California Railroad Museum located at 125 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95811. This will be the Bidder¿s only opportunity to view the site with State Park Personnel. PLEASE NOTE: No bid will be considered from a Prime Contractor that did not attend the ENTIRE MANDATORY JOB WALK.

DVBE REQUIREMENTS: WAIVED, but Incentive Still Applies
SMALL BUSINESS INCENTIVE: YES PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The bidder agrees to complete all work within SIXTY (60) calendar days from the start date of contract. This time includes ten (10) calendar days allowed for the contractor to begin work. PAYMENT TERMS: LUMP SUM PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY THE STATE PURSUANT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DISCLOSED IN THE BUDGET DETAIL & PAYMENT PROVISIONS (DPR 604PWL). QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the
contracting documentation or doubts as to the meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by
emailing your comments to Fam.Renfro@parks.ca.gov LATER THAN 2 p.m., December 18, 2023.
Answers will be provided via Addenda. Any Addenda Acknowledgements shall be submitted prior to the
bid opening. Failure to do so may deem bid nonresponsive. No bid will be considered unless it is made on
a standard bid form furnished by the Department of Parks and Recreation and made in accordance with
the "Instructions to Bidders." Bids must be submitted for the entire work as described herein. The
Department of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to waive any irregularity in a bid or to reject any
and/or all bids. The apparent low bidder will be required to execute a contractual agreement in the form of
a "Standard Agreement - Form 213" which shall be binding upon the State of California only upon
approval by the State.
