Description:
This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform portable fire extinguisher maintenance, inspection, testing, recharging/refill, emergency recharging, and incidental repair services for the California State Prison-Corcoran (COR). The Contractor will be compensated for services in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, material, non-consumable supplies, transportation, shipping, equipment, tools, permits, licenses, and every other item of expense necessary to perform maintenance, inspection, testing, recharging/refill, emergency recharging, and repair services at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California State Prison-Corcoran (COR), located at 4001 King Avenue, Corcoran, CA, 93212.
