You are invited to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Rental and monthly delivery of floor mats for various DMV field offices in Region VI.

Purpose and Description of Services

Rental and monthly delivery of floor mats for various DMV field offices in Region VI. Term: March 01, 2023 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through February 28, 2026. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

Bidder Qualifications

On March 4, 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-6-22 regarding Economic Sanctions against Russia and Russian entities and individuals. ¿Economic Sanctions¿ refers to sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russia¿s actions in Ukraine, as well as any sanctions imposed under state law. By submitting a bid, the bidder represents that it is not a target of Economic Sanctions. Should the State determine, at any time prior to the execution of a contract, that the bidder is a target of Economic Sanctions or is conducting prohibited transactions with sanctioned individuals or entities, that shall be grounds for rejection of the bidder¿s bid by the DMV.

The bidder must complete and submit Exhibit H, Identification of Contractor¿s Local Project Managers, identifying the Contractor¿s Local Project Manager for each DMV location listed in Exhibit F with other required bid documents. The Project Manager must provide direct operational oversight of that particular office to be considered the Project Manager. Bids shall be deemed non-responsive if this attachment is not submitted

The estimated cost: Floor mat rental and delivery is $127,843.30.

Please note that you must be able to provide services to ALL office locations identified in Exhibit F.
Also, Exhibit H must be submitted with your bid in order to be considered responsive
