The California State Library is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek feedback from experienced vendors regarding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Interested Respondents are invited to supply a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to modernize and simplify the Library¿s administrative business processes and related legacy technology system that currently supports business operations.
The objective of this RFI is to gather statement of interest, capabilities, confirmation of meeting required functionality, and approximate cost estimates from all Respondents interested in, and capable of providing, a software that can meet the needs of the State.
