Description:

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Landfill Leachate Pump Replacement - CR located at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, Building 3022, San Miguel, California. Work to include: The contractor shall be responsible for preparing, laboring, providing materials, documenting, testing, and installing new equipment, including replacing the special waste cell pump and power head, all cable wiring harnesses in the well, conducting function and performance tests post-installation, offering labor and material warranties for replaced parts, and submitting a comprehensive report, ensuring compliance with the scope of work and specifications. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).

The Contract Manager (CM) for this project is Mr. Stonecipher, Mike, at Michael.R.Stonecipher.nfg@army.mil or the Assistant CM Mr. Vince Hindley at Vince.M.Hindley.nfg@army.mil.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on 3/26/2024, at 2:00 PM at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, Building 3022, San Miguel, California. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting Mr. Stonecipher, Mike at Michael.R.Stonecipher.nfg@army.mil.

Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type A - General Engineering Contractor License and/or C-57 Well Drilling Contractor or subcontract to one.

The Government Estimate for this project is $20,000.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Mr. Stonecipher, Mike, at Michael.R.Stonecipher.nfg@army.mil and Mr. Vince Hindley at Vince.M.Hindley.nfg@army.mil no later than 4:00 PM on 4/2/2024.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 4/16/2024 at 2:00 PM.
