Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, permits, reports, travel, and incidentals needed to gain access to underground vent lines, remove primary and secondary leaking vent pipes, re-pipe primary and secondary vent pipes, test to verify repairs are successful, replace displaced dirt, and pour concrete to complete work.
