The objective of this Propane Utilization project is to inform the development of the zero-emission space and water heater standards and complementary building decarbonization policies by examining the utilization of propane in nonresidential and residential buildings in communities across California and evaluating potential solutions to the adoption of zero-emission space and water heaters within communities reliant on propane.
