*As of the RFO due date, the Respondent must hold a valid CMAS agreement.
The purpose of this RFO is to select up to two (2) experienced Senior C#.NET Software Developers with detailed knowledge and experience to support multi-tier, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications in Webforms and Model-View-Controller (MVC) and a combination of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and RESTful web services, ability to mentor and advise less experienced developers, strong communication skills to gather requirements from and support business users, and mature, pragmatic development practices that focus on designing products that are conducive to maintainability, extensibility, and longevity to work within Enterprise Information Technology (IT) Solutions and Innovation division.
