Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary for routine and non-routine maintenance and repair for hot water and/or condensing boiler systems, related components and heated hydronic concrete pads at six (6) Caltrans Maintenance Stations located in District 02.
Bidder and subcontractor(s) must be properly licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall possess a valid, current C-4 Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB).
Bidder and subcontractor(s) shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
