This is a statewide Agreement in which Contractor shall train and mentor attorneys appointed by the Board of Parole Hearings (Board) to represent incarcerated persons during the state¿s parole hearing process  (panel attorneys). Contractor shall provide specialized and comprehensive training to panel attorneys, and review legal representation provided by panel attorneys throughout the state¿s parole hearing process. Contractor shall make relevant informational materials about the state¿s parole hearing process available to the incarcerated population, victims and survivors, and the public.
