BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - SACRAMENTO/RANCHO CORDOVA

The Office of the Inspector General is looking for approximately 17,181 nusf of office space in the City of Sacramento/Rancho Cordova, plus parking to code requiement, including secure parking spaces for 20 state vehicles.

Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. Please refer to http://energystar.gov for further details.
