The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Division is issuing this RFP to receive Proposals from qualified firms (Proposers) to provide Parking Citation Processing and Collection Services.
This procurement will be based on the combined Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal scores. Responsive Proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be evaluated with the intent of awarding an Agreement to the highest ranked Proposer.
The Agreement period will start upon Department of General Services (DGS) approval of the Agreement and will extend through April 30, 2029. The Work will start with an Authorization to Commence Work Notice and will be managed as detailed in Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Detailed Scope of Work. No Work may begin prior to the receipt of an Authorization to Commence Work Notice.
The Agreement awarded as a result of this RFP will be to a single Contractor for a five year service period with two additional optional one-year extensions. The two optional year extensions shall be at DPR¿s sole option and will be at the same rates proposed in this RFP.
The total dollar value for the Agreement resulting from this RFP should not exceed $5,500,000.00, not including the ability to add funds with option years.
