The San Bernardino County is procuring approximately 35,000 to 85,000 pounds of catfish this year, to be stocked from May through September 2023. Fish contained in each delivered lot shall be graded as follows: 35% which average one pound each, 35% which average 1-1/2 to 2 pounds each, 30% which average over 2 pounds each. Exceptions to stated load size at delivery site must be noted with bid. Grading of fish shall be achieved by the box- grading method or other similar methods.
