San Bernardino County (County), through Human Services (HS) for the Community Revitalization Office of Homeless Services (OHS) is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified individuals, organizations, and firms, hereafter referred to as "Proposers" or "Contractors" to provide professional consulting services to create and support long-term solutions to address homelessness and assist OHS support the local Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance grant application process and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements under a reimbursement contract(s). An amount not to exceed $800,000 has been allocated for these services for the three-year period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026.
