San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health is seeking applications from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of providing Emergency Shelter Services for County consumers who are experiencing mental illness or who are dually diagnosed with mental illness and substance use disorders and are experiencing temporary homelessness. This is an ongoing procurement and is being released in order to allow DBH to compile an active list of eligible service providers to be utilized on a case-by-case basis. DBH makes no guarantee of minimum or maximum number of consumer referrals and or revenue as a result of a contractual agreement between DBH and vendor. The Contract period will be for a five year period beginning on July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028. Currently, the projected allocation for these services are approximately $7,794,366 annually or $38,971,830 for the five year period.
