San Bernardino County Child Support is procuring a Class C Mobile Office Vehicle, 19,000lbs GVWR or less, factory new or latest model certified used van or Recreational vehicle (RV). Minimum specifications are listed under attachments titled "DCSS-5269 Specifications."

**** TERMS: Terms shall be in accordance with San Bernardino County Purchase Order and listed in this bid: Net 60 days after acceptance of vehicle and an invoice has been received. Discounts less than thirty (30) days will not be considered in the evaluation of bids or be accepted.
**** DELIVERY: Delivery shall be FOB County's place of delivery within 30 days after receipt of County's Purchase Order; San Bernardino County is Self-Insured. Vendor shall comply with invoicing requirements as stipulated by San Bernardino County. The County licenses its own vehicles; the vendor provides a "dealer report of sale" at time of delivery. Vehicles are to be delivered and billed to the address on the purchase order. Vehicles shall be delivered Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Each vehicle must be
delivered with ten (10) gallons of fuel at minimum.
**** INSPECTION: All items are subject to final inspection and acceptance at designation by the County. Such final inspection shall be made within a reasonable time after delivery. The County reserves the right to waive a variation in specification if, in the opinion of the county, such variation does not materially change the item or its performance within parameters acceptable to the County.
**** WARRANTY: Proposer agrees that the vehicle to be furnished shall be covered by the most favorable commercial warranties the Proposer gives to any customer for the same or substantially similar vehicle and that the rights and remedies so provide are in addition to and do not limit any rights afforded to the County.
**** INVOICES: The County is precluded from making payments prior to receipt of vehicle (advance payments). A copy of the invoice shall be sent to the address on the corresponding County Purchase Order number identified in the invoice. The invoice must specify items and deliverables for all items on the purchase order.
