San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Community Full Service Partnership (C-FSP) services to community clients primarily served through the DBH Community Clinics and/or Permanent Supportive Housing Full Service Partnership (PSH-FSP) services to clients in permanent supportive housing. The Contract period will be for a three year period beginning on July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026. Currently, the projected allocation for these services are approximately $10,245,000 annually ($6,870,000 for C-FSP and $3,375,000 for PSH-FSP) or $30,735,000 for the three year period.
