PJ02414. The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $400,000. The Number of Working Days for this project is 20. There is no DBE goal.

Bids will be opened and tabulated at said location immediately after said date and time. Any bids received after the time specified shall be returned unopened.

Description of Work: The work consists generally of modifying concrete median islands in the vicinity of the in Granite Bay area of Placer County, and other items and details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, specifications or the Special Provisions.

Questions regarding the Work or the contract Documents shall be submitted online on the bids&tenders™ website.

Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening. Any such inquiries or questions, submitted after bid opening, will not be treated as a bid protest.

Pre-bid Conference: There will be no pre-bid conference.

Construction License: The successful bidder must possess at all times, at minimum, a valid California Class A license or a combination of California Class C licenses which constitutes a majority of the work.
