In an effort to assure the County of Napa (County) realizes the most competitive and favorable business terms available in its varied and extensive real estate transactions, the County, acting through its Department of Public Works, desires to engage the services of one firm to act as the County’s representative in lease negotiations, purchase and sale negotiations, or, in the alternative, to assist the County in an advisory capacity on a consulting fee basis, as required. This request is not for a specific project and the services will be required on an “as-needed” basis.
