The Napa County Planning, Building, and Environmental Services (PBES) Department is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in order to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for consideration to be tested and placed on a list of Pre-Qualified Professionals to prepare and submit erosion control plans for Track II vineyard replant projects.

In accordance with the Napa County Conservation Regulations (Section 18.108.080(D)(2)(a)(ii) of the County Code) and Resolution No. 94-19, erosion control plans for vineyard replant projects may be prepared by a person selected from a pre-qualified list of professionals made available by the County.
