The Napa County Department of Housing & Homeless Services (DHHS) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to conduct a housing and community needs assessment for the farmworker labor force working in Napa County. The goal is a user-centered understanding of barriers to accessing safe, affordable housing and necessary services for farmworker individuals and families and the unique needs of this population sub-set.
