The Napa County Health and Human Services Agency’s Mental Health Division (hereafter “County”) is expanding the current Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Children’s Full-Service Partnership (CFSP) to serve a caseload of twelve (12) Child Welfare Services and Juvenile Probation-involved youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) or Severe Mental Illness (SMI). The County has issued this Request for Proposals from qualified agencies/organizations to provide High Fidelity Wraparound Services for this population as well as Family Urgent Response System (FURS) Services.
