Recommended Budget Book

Adopted Budget Book
as well the
Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
. The Recommended Budget Book is produced in collaboration between the CEO staff and members of the various County Departments. The Adopted Budget Book and the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report are produced by the ACO staff.
The new solution must provide overall improvements to the budget books and ACFR production process through time savings, process efficiencies, automation, and real-time integrations with external sources of data. It must also must meet the
Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) criteria
and have a user-friendly interface for inputting and importing data, managing and retrieving information, as well as generating reports and budget books.
