The proposed project is to rehabilitate approximately 5,500 feet of Dry Creek Road with two repair methods each for approximately ½ mile. The methods are a full depth reclamation and a grind and patch with an overlay. The entire road will receive a new top lift of asphalt. A culvert will be replaced along with other items like signing and striping.
All construction activities and resurfacing, including any temporary staging, shall occur within County right of way.
The scope of work shall include and not be limited to:

Mobilization, Construction Debris Area Setup and Disposal

Implementation on Erosion and Sediment Control Best Management Practices (BMP)

Construction Area Signs per CAMUTCD standards, Caltrans and as directed by the Engineer.

Temporary Traffic Control per CAMUTCD standards Caltrans and as directed by the Engineer and approved by County

Restriping, Monument cover adjustments, Monument reestablishment
