The Lake Berryessa Resort Improvement District (LBRID) and the Napa Berryessa Resort Improvement District (NBRID) are soliciting proposals from qualified firms experienced in the business of operating, maintaining, and managing water and wastewater treatment and conveyance facilities. The Operations, Maintenance, and Management (OMM) scope of services (Services) is described further in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. LBRID and NBRID may be referred to below individually as “District” or collectively as “Districts.”
