The Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) is requesting Qualification Statements from licensed professionals for services related to Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment(s) (ESA) and remediation estimates for properties associated with the Napa River/Napa Creek Flood Protection Project as well as various properties located throughout Napa County. The District is seeking on-call services from professionals with the ability and experience to complete these assessments using procedures and practices conforming with American Society for Testing and Materials’ (ASTM) most up to date standard practices for parcels identified for investigation of environmental conditions.
