| Project Description: | This project is a voluntary seismic retrofit featuring the following scope of work: strengthening of the theater stage roof diaphragm; strengthening of the stage walls; bracing of the suspended control room; and bracing of the plaster ceilings. In addition, the project work scope includes reroofing above the theater stage and code required accessibility upgrades. Demolition will entail some hazardous material abatement. Bid package includes the replacement of the existing roof smoke hatches and hatch controls as a bid alternate. |
