The Los Angeles County Probation Department (County) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for a Contract with an organization that can provide juvenile sex offender treatment (therapy) services for youth under juvenile court jurisdiction, with a sex offense as outlined in Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) 707(b). The services shall be provided at Probation’s residential treatment facilities and juvenile halls.
