Description: The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) Correctional Health Services (CHS) is releasing the Request for Services (RFS) for Mobile Computed Tomography (CT) Services under Healthcare Ancillary Services Master Agreement (HASMA). DHS CHS has a need for on-site whole-body CT Imaging Services. The selected Contractor for the provision of Mobile CT Imaging Services under the anticipated Work Order (under HASMA) shall be required to provide, implement and maintain on the CHS premises, a Mobile CT Imaging Unit for provision of whole-body CT Imaging Services.
