County of Los Angeles Aging & Disabilities Department (AD) is releasing Invitation of Bids (IFB) for Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) Services. HICAP provides community education, health insurance counseling and advocacy services to Medicare Beneficiaries, Medicare and Medi-Cal (dual-eligible) beneficiaries, their representative or persons aged 60 and older who are close to obtaining Medicare eligibility in Los Angeles County (excluding the City of Los Angeles). IFB may be downloaded online beginning on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 (10:00 a.m. PT) at https://www.lacountyad.org/business
