BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONTINUUM INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM (BHCIP) CONSULTING ARCHITECT

The Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking to solicit and award a contract to the highest qualified, experienced, and responsible BHCIP Consulting Architect to assist the Department of Behavioral Health (BH) in preparing design standards and specifications for a design/build RFP to construct a Behavioral Health Facility for Children and Youth, called the Orland Youth and Family Wellness Center funded by the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Round 4.

Response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be received by Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency no later than 12:00 P.M. (PST), June 30th, 2023. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
