The Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking to award a contract to the highest qualified, experienced, and responsible service provider with experience in telephone interviewing and surveying for the Department of Public Health's Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and quantitative market research project. Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency must receive a response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) no later than 12:00 P.M. (PSD), April 12, 2023.
