The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Probation is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a construction apprenticeship program for adult offenders that is specifically designed to increase job sustainability for offenders. It is the intention of the Probation Department to contract with a single vendor to perform the proposed services. The resulting contract will have a maximum agreement term of 5 years, which includes a base period of three years with two optional one-year extensions. The Probation Department anticipate services to start in September 2023. Please note that the start date may change.
