The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide the following "professional municipal advisory services to represent the interests of the County executing its annual temporary borrowing program of Tax Revenue Anticipation Notes (TRAN) and Teeter Plan Financing (Teeter) under Government Code 53850 to 53858 and Revenue and Taxation Code 4701 et seq. along with providing special services and render professional advice in connection with other projects as requested by the County’s Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector, Administrative Officer, and Debt Advisory Committee.
