The County of Fresno on behalf of the County of Fresno Department of Social Services and the Fresno Madera Continuum of Care (FMCoC) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide homeless services in the County of Fresno. The Department is seeking the following services for individuals and families: Non-congregate Triage Center Emergency Shelter Bridge Housing (transitional shelter) Diversion Rapid Rehousing In addition to the services above, the Department is seeking the following services for homeless youth ages 18 to 24: Youth Emergency Shelter and Bridge Housing Rapid Rehousing
