NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Colusa County is requesting proposals from qualified individuals, firms or agencies for the operation of Cypress House, an adult residential facility, located at 282 10 ^th Street in Williams, California, as more specifically detailed in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals must be received at the County Board Clerk’s Office, 547 Market St., Suite 102 Colusa, California 95932 no later than 4:00 pm on October 6, 2023. There is a mandatory Proposers Conference scheduled at the site on September 22, 2023 at 1:00 pm.

The Proposal must be made in the format detailed by the County in the RFP document.

Each Proposal shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name and the Proposer’s name as follows:

Each envelope must be clearly marked:

“RFP – Cypress House”

The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any bids.
