Description:

The City of Temple City is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms for professional engineering services to prepare PS&E Bid Package for upgrading existing traffic signal system at the intersection of Baldwin Ave and Live Oak. The traffic signal is shared by the Cities of Temple City and Arcadia. The proposed improvements include designing a new traffic signal system with left turn phasing in all directions (preferred with three-section Flashing Yellow Arrow Protected/Permissive left turn phasing), adding left turn pocket striping on t h e west approach and any other signing and striping modifications, ADA improvements at and any other improvements as necessary.
