Bids will be received for a single prime contract for preparing the existing Beltz municipal production well for Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) pilot testing, installing temporary equipment in the well and an above ground injection piping system at the site to allow ASR pilot testing to be performed, and installing a monitoring well at the well site.
