Election Feasibility Polling for a Local Revenue Measure Open

The City of San Ramon requests a statement of qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified individuals or firms for Election Feasibility Polling for a Local Revenue Measure.

Requests for Information: Questions or objections relating to the RFQ, the attachments hereto, the RFQ procedures, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to Simone Finney, Communications Analyst at sfinney@sanramon.ca.gov by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

Submittal Instructions: Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) must be received by the City by or before Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at noon. Respondent must submit one (1) original and two (2) identical copies of the SOQ in a sealed envelope labeled with Respondent’s name and return address, an email copy sent to cityclerk@sanramon.ca.gov , marked “SOQ for Election Feasibility Polling for a Local Revenue Measure,” and addressed as follows:

The SOQ may be emailed, hand-delivered, sent via overnight delivery, or by regular mail, provided that it is received by the City no later than the SOQ Deadline. Late submissions will be disregarded.
