The City of San Leandro is soliciting qualified proposals for Turf Mowing services in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). The services and tasks to be performed include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, tasks and incidental and customary work necessary to completely perform turf mowing at City Parks as listed in Attachment D-6 Work Locations and Cost Proposal and that meet the Technical Specifications Attachments A1, A2, A6a, A7, A8, A9. Award resulting from this RFP will be a fixed contract with an initial five-year period expiring on June 30, 2029 with two one-year renewal options.

Any questions received prior to End of Day July 7, 2023 will be incorporated into the ZOOM informational meeting on July 11, 2023. Questions will also be answered at the informational meeting. Those Q&A will also be posted to the City website by July 13, 2023.

Special Requirements:
|
|
A class "C-27" Contractor's License is required for this work. No proposal will be accepted form contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with Chapter 9, Division 3 of Business and Profession Code. Also, contractors must have a valid DIR Registration Number.
