Description:

The City of San Leandro is seeking bids for the Surface Seal Phase for Bid No. 22-23.010, Annual Street Paving 2021-23, COSL Project 2022.0050. The work to be done consists of applying asphalt rubber chip seal, slurry seal, and microsurfacing on City streets; and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown on the plans and described in the specifications.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Attendance at a pre-bid conference is mandatory for bidding this project: A firm that does not attend one of the pre-bid conferences and is not documented on its attendance sheet is not qualified to bid on the project.

There will be two Pre-bid meetings offered via Zoom. Pre-bid conferences will be held for this project as follows:
