The City of Roseville Public Affairs & Communications Department is seeking a public relations, outreach, or marketing and communications agency to provide On-Call Public Outreach services in support of the Public Works Department. The selected consultant would assist City staff on a project by project basis, as needs arise. The scope of work may vary based on the nature and the size of the project.
