The scope of work involves providing special inspection and materials testing services for projects managed by the Facility Services Division of the Public Works Department. The primary types of materials inspected and tested include, asphalt concrete, Portland cement concrete, rebar, steel, and various local soils. Project type varies from new capital improvement projects to rehabilitation of City maintained facilities. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals, and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. Proposal will only be accepted from firms that are listed on the “Approved Special Inspection Agencies Roster” issued by the Building Division of City of Roseville’s Development Services Department.
