The City of Roseville is seeking a professional consultant to assist in developing Roseville’s brand messaging and marketing as an employer of choice to increase the number and diversity of qualified applicants. The selected consultant would work closely with Public Affairs & Communications and the Human Resources departments in reviewing existing brand materials and recruitment communication, discerning our current perceived brand reputation as an employer, assist in identifying what makes Roseville an employer of choice (our value proposition), recommending goals and tactics for improving employer branding and implementation, developing key messaging, and recommending evaluation methods.
