The City of Roseville’s (City) Environmental Utilities Department (EU) retained a design professional to perform a desktop analysis and a field condition assessment of the major assets at Barton Road Water Treatment Plant (BRWTP) . Wash Water Reclamation Basins 1 and 2 are one of the major assets at the BRWTP and were constructed in 1969 with mechanical improvements made in 2002. The evaluation recommended rehabilitation of basins 1 and 2 which would consist of structural repairs and replacement of mechanical/process components. In lieu of the recommended rehabilitation, the City would like to completely replace basins 1 and 2 to match the existing basins 3 and 4 . Deadline for final questions: September 28, 2023.
