The City of Roseville, is soliciting proposals for the design and construction of the 116 S Grant St Phase 2 Tenant Improvements. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities, that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals, and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks construction firms interested in making improvements to the space in Electric Department Building located at 116 S Grant St, Roseville, CA. The Tenant Improvements will be a total of approximately 29,000 SF consisting of new office space, kitchenettes, small gym, meeting rooms, restrooms, and accessible upgrades to existing office building. Proposals will be accepted ONLY at the office of the City Clerk, Civic Center, 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA 95678 or submitted via electronic mail to CityClerkroseville@roseville.ca.us, until 3:00 p.m., October 3, 2023. Said proposals will be evaluated and results will be made public after completion of the negotiation process with the selected contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process.
