The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain a comprehensive Le arning Management System application that can meet the current requirements of the City, and is capable of expansion to meet future needs. We anticipate that all full-time (1,300) and part-time (700) employees at the City will use the LMS to access training, acknowledge City policies and administrative regulations, and maintain credentialing in various subject areas.
